Working for large corporations all my working career I wanted to move my focus to supporting SME's as well individuals where my broad range of skills could be utilized .... and so Right Hand Virtual Assistant was created.
About me
A decade ago, I was lucky enough to spend time working alongside arguably one of the most recognizable business magnates and it has always stuck with me how highly he respected his assistants. They were looked upon as his right hand. They wore many hats… his memory, his problem solver, his travel agent, his delegator.... Essentially, they were him but with a different skill set. Ever since then I have looked upon my career as an Executive Assistant not just as the “Admin” but as my managers right hand person…. their number one team member.

So, who am I…. I'm Ashleigh. I have over a decade and a half of experience as an Executive Assistant utilizing my skills in Administration, Events Management, Project Management and Office Management. I have worked in the Hospitality, Transport, FMCG, Banking and Business Consulting industries and hold a Diploma in Business Administration, a Diploma in Business Marketing/Events Management and a Bachelor Degree in Economics.
I love organization, functionality and purpose. I thrive on developing, implementing and maintaining a personalized plan. I am multi-skilled and love to work with people, an expert in time management and achieving time specific deliverables. I quickly fit into existing teams or can build and manage a team on request. My attention to detail and organisational abilities are exceptional.
My achievements to date are a result of my integrity, reliability, enthusiasm and proactive personality, coupled with my ability to work autonomously, and as a team member. My objective is to apply experience in an environment whereby initiative, attention to detail and communication skills are valued and to deliver outstanding results, above and beyond expectations.
Born and bred in the Sutherland shire I spend my downtime with my three children, husband and two dogs running from school activities, the never-ending birthday parties and playdates and making memories while loving every minute of my very organized chaos.
